Jupiter in Eighth House

JupiterJupiter: If Jupiter is in the 8th house or is lord of the 8th, and dignified or received, it often indicates a larger than usual inheritance or an uncontested will. Generally this is also an indication of marrying "up" to a partner with many resources. With Jupiter in sect, banks will generally be more willing to lend, and your credit will generally be good. In ancient times, this was because lenders would be willing to take it on faith. A dirunal Jupiter enforces faith, because you cannot see beyond the blue sky in the daytime. But if Jupiter is in debility, afflicted, or out of sect, it can indicate the scattering of resources upon anothers death and/or the need to hire lawyers to straighten out an estate at some point due to a contest. In general, little will be taken at face value and there will be a need to prove your rights. You should take personal control of your finances as your mate will generally be more wasteful.
