Apply modification to inside chart (affects decennials)
This button will update the Time Lords windows with the data which isn't very important because it is only used to determine the starting point in the Decennials method when you ask it to choose a starting point. If you define your own starting point based upon the rules (F5 - Decennials Tab), then this can be safely ignored.
