Latitude, longitude and zone fields
The Latitude, Longitude and Time Zone fields will not have to be edited if you have the ACS Atlas installed. If for some reason you have to edit these fields manually, then the format for the latitude is 00N00_00 where you have an optional 1 or 2 digit degree, a direction symbol "N" for north or "S" for south followed by a 1 or 2 digit minute field, followed by an optional space and optional 1 or 2 digit second field. It is OK to leave off the seconds and just put something such as "34N26". If you include the seconds you must place a space between the last digit of the minutes and the first digit of the seconds. The Longitude field can hold up to 3 digits for the degrees east or west, but it is not necessary to put something like "076W31", "76W31" will suffice, but both will work.
The Time Zone field has to be edited by clicking on the button attached to the right side of the Zone field. This will bring up a dialog where you can select the zone and then press OK. The new zone setting will appear without your having to type anything in.
