ACS Atlas button

This is attached to the right side of the Place Name field.  Clicking it will bring up the ACS Atlas window with country names loaded.  Select a country name from this dialog window and a list of cities will begin to load to the right.  Select a city name and the latitude, longitude and time zone fields of the ACS Atlas window will be filled.  Click OK and this data will be transported back to the default Location window.
